Gyulafehérvár határában, Alvincen meglátogattuk a hajdani Frater György kastélyát. Azaz azt ami ebbõl a szép reneszansz épületbõl megmaradt. Sajos az idõjárás, és a vandál kezek megpecsételték ennek a
történelmi épületnek is a sorsát.
Alvinctõl nem messze található a Tatárlaki nagyon régi kõtáblák találásának helye, hol a román közigazgatás, e nagyon vitatott régészeti leleteknek emlékmûvet is állított.
