We can only commit a sin deliberately and intentionally . We cannot help what we see, we cannot help either what it brings to our mind unwillingly . But we can choose what we do with our sinful desires : do we pamper them, , “do we satisfy” them , or without “putting coal on the fire ", we patiently wait for it to be extinguished .
