Because whoever is the least amongst you -says our Lord Jesus Christ-is the greatest . I wonder how much do I desire to be the least there where I live ? Can I accept if I am not held in high esteem, if people smilingly just step over me and my will is not taken into account ??

“ God's servant  won’t see just how much patience and humility is present in one- says our father Saint Francis- till everything goes according to their heart’s content. When the time comes that the ones whom we should please , things go against them , then it will become apparent just how much  patience and humility they show then, and this is all that is in them and no more .” I should try to embark willingly on that road that does not lead to power, authority , does not lead my steps towards domination but to service accepted from love , and I just note that the more people’s problems I take on with humility , enduring work upon my shoulders the greater I’ll become in the eyes of God ! The less of a priority I am for myself , the more love and goodness will there be in my life , the more likely will God find a dwelling place in me !!
