Father Csaba’s reflection on the gospel….Thursday 26 October 2017
"Jesus said to his disciples:
"I have come to set the earth on fire,
and how I wish it were already blazing!” Luke 12,49
It is so good to read these powerful, blazing words , because there are so many uncertain voices , frightened , cold-blooded people in this world !This is why it is good to stand by the side of Christ , because He wants something , believes that this world can be transformed by the flame of love He dares to start a world mission with twelve yobbo apostles and is capable to bring it to success ! Two thousand years ago with His palm pierced by a nail our Lord Jesus Christ dared to dream big , when we the XXIst century apostles of our Master , so many of us , with so many churches , so much “infrastructure” don’t dare to stand up with our Lord's healing gospel to face people ?!
I bravely stand by the word of my Master , because I experienced that it is good to belong to Christ , to walk with Him the way of life, , it is good to go with Him among the children . He also has a lot to say to the adults , this is why I proclaim by word and deed , that there is hope , Jesus is the living hope for all of us , His revolution of love is capable to transform our world ! I believe and profess that the Son of God , Jesus Christ is really a living fire, capable of flaring up that charred life, worn thin in us , He is capable to bring a new life for us without war and suffering as well ! My dear friends that is why I encourage you too, let’ not wait for anybody, anyone , dare to proclaim with your decisions, words, that our world is not on a path of destruction , but is advancing to a rebirth !
With love,
Father Csaba.

Jesus said to his disciples:
"I have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing!
There is a baptism with which I must be baptized, and how great is my anguish until it is accomplished!
Do you think that I have come to establish peace on the earth?
No, I tell you, but rather division.
From now on a household of five will be divided, three against two and two against three; a father will be divided against his son and a son against his father, a mother against her daughter and a daughter against her mother, a mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.”
Luke 12, 49-53
