Father Csaba’s reflection on the gospel Friday 16 March 2018
“The one who sent me is true…” John 7, 25
The Heavenly Father sends His angel, to Mary and again He sends His beloved Holy Son to us with infinite gentleness , a redeeming power with goodness ! Our God is an active, a doer God who can move mountains , creates worlds !! Observing the great universe , the billions of galaxies and in them the innumerable solar systems seeing my own insignificance , humbly I get down on my knees ! Looking at this big world and knowing , that every but everything consists of small particles , that are made up from even smaller particles and everything is controlled, kept together , moved by, unfolding from step to step by hitherto unknown wise laws, rules!! Everything is connected , they unfold in a way that everything was already nicely packed together in the “satchel” of the big bang !
In this huge hustle and bustle here am I also, so are you too, the little man born out of a handful of dust , and I know that our creator God is not only looking after us , but has a plan , will in relation to us ! God dreamt a way for all of His children, that not only leads us into heaven, but through which we can become our Creator’s blessing hand during our existence , continuously !! God wants, that not only do we develop into a huge tree , but from the fertile seeds , around us a blessed forrest may spring from , and from the life given by it new life may spring ! Our Father loves us so much-this is the source of our human dignity -that He seats us at the same table with Him , we become His companions in the further creation of our world !!
With love,
Father Csaba

After this Jesus went about in Galilee. He did not wish to go about in Judea because the Jews were looking for an opportunity to kill him. Now the Jewish festival of Booths was near.
But after his brothers had gone to the festival, then he also went, not publicly but as it were in secret.
Now some of the people of Jerusalem were saying, 'Is not this the man whom they are trying to kill? And here he is, speaking openly, but they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Messiah? Yet we know where this man is from; but when the Messiah comes, no one will know where he is from.' Then Jesus cried out as he was teaching in the temple, 'You know me, and you know where I am from. I have not come on my own. But the one who sent me is true, and you do not know him. I know him, because I am from him, and he sent me.' Then they tried to arrest him, but no one laid hands on him, because his hour had not yet come.
