Sin, illness and foolishness unfortunately often come from the same source ! The whole man has to be cured , because spiritual, bodily , mental healing together result in the healing of Man, the health , wholeness, soundness!! Jesus cures all three of them , He mercifully leads people to repentance, remorse , teaches them wisely and cures them with goodness , so in the freedom of being a child of God , as good brethren we may live in this world !! Man born in the image and likeness of Jesus has the same duty , to free each other from the captivity of sin , to break free from the darkness of ignorance , and to heal our bodies God’s most wonderful gift, to take care of it , to keep it in good condition!! When in the the ten commandments God asks us :”do not kill” then I think He wanted to say do not destroy anybody’s soul, nor their spirit , nor their bodies !

And after getting into a boat Jesus crossed the sea and came to his own town. And just then some people were carrying a paralysed man lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven." Then some of the scribes said to themselves, "This man is blaspheming." But Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, said, "Why do you think evil in your hearts? For which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, 'Stand up and walk'? But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins" - he then said to the paralytic - "Stand up, take your bed and go to your home." And he stood up and went to his home. When the crowds saw it, they were filled with awe, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to human beings.
