Our world’s lungs are burning ! Forrests are on fire in Siberia, America in areas as big as continents ! What can we do ?
We have to take Jesus’ commandments seriously !! "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ …….. 'You shall love your neighbour as yourself." Mt 22, 34-40 If we would keep these two commandments , the sinful, greedy fires in people’s eyes would be extinguished and together with them the flames wanting to swallow up our world ! Before anything else we should extinguish the fires of longing for consumption , possession , power and then not only ourselves but our surroundings as well can be reborn !!

The Word of God
When the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together, and one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. "Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?" He said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbour as yourself.' On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."
