Unfortunately it is very easy to love somebody in the short-term , to enchant them with gifts, nice words. I am trying to love my children in such a way that even in the years to come they will feel that I was there for them, for helping them. God loves us with an eternal love and we should also try to arrange our lives for loving and bearing fruit in the long-run.
