The father’s presence is important in a family’s life. Through his presence his children experience in this world the Heavenly Father’s love, attention and care. How can they imagine that God hears their prayer if their own parent pays no attention to them? How can they believe in God's mercy, and attention to the very hairs on their head, if the parent is only preoccupied by material things, paying no attention to the child’s spiritual needs, feelings, everyday problems and fears?

The temptation is strong and you are the one who’s got to decide . Do you stretch your hand out for the joys offered by God or the evil one ? Your decisions have consequences and from your decision other possibilities open up . From these decisions good but also evil can spring up in our world .

Dare to bear witness to God’s infinite love , loving care , forgiving mercy !! People are searching for God and believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is the answer to their questions .

In November we remember our dearly departed.
It is natural for everyone to be anxious about one's mortality , like any other uncertainty that goes hand in hand with pain. I encourage you : we do not have to be afraid of death- I am certain that we will receive the grace , that gives us the strength to move on- however we have to be well prepared by the way we live our lives. We should be ready at all times, since as we do not know Christ’s second coming , we do not know neither the day nor the hour of our death.

"Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to Me.”
God’s creation: the water of the lake, the land , the children and all of them are so wonderful ! It is infinitely good the way as it is ! Often I cannot comprehend , how a fragile child’s shoulder can carry so much tragedy. But it seems like it does not matter. These children , the hurts are not to be analysed , but to embrace them with love and support them. To do everything , since they drifted into my arms , that the rest of their lives turn out according to God’s will.

Often, I feel like every parent or pedagogue, that I am like a tilled field, and that my duty is to take in with mercy and love the fragile little seed. Then, to quietly to nurture, so that it will sprout and take root, clutching to me while growing, blossoming, and bearing fruit. My only desire is to see as it multiplies a hundredfold, the ear that sways in the wind, from that little seed because of rain, warm sunshine, and me, the black soil.
As the years and faces flit by, I am aware that not every grain yielded such a crop, in spite of the fact that so many times we tried talking to them, or tearfully washed their feet. Even so, I could not name a child for whom the effort was not worth making. In every flickering ember the Lord of Life comes amongst us. So, I am filled with pride and joy that we did not extinguish a single flickering wick, but instead, however imperfectly, cared for them lovingly.

It is a symbolic thing, but it is quite certain that we will not have a future if our families, Church, nation, and the love unifying mankind exists only in nice, joyful moments. If our unity collapses in the wake of unavoidable Good Fridays, recurring from time to time, when everything collapses around us, then we will not have a future . Our future is only guaranteed if, even during the most difficult moments, we stick together to the very last. If sullied, we will be cleansed, if humbly we cleanse one another .

I believe that our first king Saint Stephen did not choose in vain the Blessed Virgin Mary as the Patroness of the Hungarian nation . I believe that we are all called , that in some way we become like Mary , be it as fathers , mothers , children or adults. May God grant us that the spirit of the Blessed Virgin permeate our families , our lives so that we can experience all the joy , happiness that Mary already found here in this world .

Often, I admire the might of God, He Who can make a child's love of their parents infinitely strong . Often, I cannot comprehend, the weight of tragedy the frail shoulders of children can bear. But it seems to me that what's important is not to analyse children's wounds, but instead, to lovingly embrace and carry them. Should a child drift into my arms, I will do all I can to ensure that from then, their life unfolds in accordance with God's will.

Why does God take away our most treasured possessions? Does He mean to harm us? On the contrary, He awaits us. It is into His embrace we are welcomed to rest, in infinite joy, when our earthly journey ends. It is by taking the things that tie us to life, from some slowly, from others more quickly, that He makes our journey towards Him easier. Bit by bit He empties us, so that He can totally and eternally fulfill us. Having perhaps lost our health, the beauty, energy and vigour of our youth, we stand in front of our Heavenly Father. In His loving arms we can rest, and receive infinitely more than we could ever possess here in our earthly life.

Our Lord Jesus Christ asks of us: who do you think I am? My reply is very simple: the meaning of and the very reason for my life and being is Jesus Christ. He is a safe corner where every but everything that is important to me occurs in my life ! He is that Infinity for Whom I open wide all my windows, doors. He is my Compass, Guide and Companion with Whom I set out on my way day after day! Jesus Christ is the aim, the reason and basis of all my dialogues and example. In my sermons I seek to give voice to His words. He is the One to Whom I turn to for advice. He is my ideal in my relationships with people. In teaching the children , I would very much like to find the open, honest, trusting voice with which He spoke, addressed His friends and mankind. I seek to make His way my own such that I could follow Him with a childlike trust, if need be, even to Golgotha! Despite all my fallibilities: very, very humbly I say that Jesus Christ for me is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the Master, the Goal, the All!
With love ,
