“Why was this perfume not sold for three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor?” John 12
You cannot redeem the world by giving alms to the poor!! If it would have been a possibility then Jesus would have sent a vast amount of heavenly donations, aid with His angels and He would not had to come in person among us!I assisted many poor people during the course of my life , but I also saw that by distributing aid deep poverty cannot be abolished , only preserved!  Yes the lack of money in case of a destitute, poor person is a symptom most of the time , that we can treat , but we have to find the cause for them and solve those!
Our Lord Jesus Christ came  empty handed amongst us on Christmas Eve , He sends His disciples with empty hands as well to the poor because He wants that He Himself, and we  His disciples become the gifts , the most precious embodiment of an aid , the consoling ,wise word , the presence that teaches , encourages , gives strength, by taking hold of this hand  the poor gets back on his feet, gets going and by honest work manages to get together the everyday necessity for himself and his family!

Picture: the tomb of blessed Gizella in Passau! She came amongst us so by her prayer , work , presence to sanctify her family , and our nation .
Six days before the Passover Jesus came to Bethany, the home of Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead. There they gave a dinner for him. Martha served, and Lazarus was one of those at the table with him.Mary took a pound of costly perfume made of pure nard, anointed Jesus’ feet, and wiped them with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. But Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples (the one who was about to betray him), said, “Why was this perfume not sold for three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor?” (He said this not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief; he kept the common purse and used to steal what was put into it.) Jesus said, “Leave her alone. She bought it so that she might keep it for the day of my burial. You always have the poor with you, but you do not always have me.” When the great crowd of the Jews learned that he was there, they came not only because of Jesus but also to see Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead. So the chief priests planned to put Lazarus to death as well, since it was on account of him that many of the Jews were deserting and were believing in Jesus.

Many wonderful, holy teachers lived on this earth, but the more they learnt about themselves, the world the more they became aware of their insignificance , their limitations arising from their human nature!Jesus Christ bravely states that I and the Father are one, Jesus bravely teaches :" “You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world. “ John 8, 22 Yes our Master is not only convinced that He is the second person of the Divinity ,but by His life , teaching , resurrection convinces the apostles and His surrounding as well! For me the face of God is the face that brightened in Jesus Christ! The features of the beautiful face of our Master is marvellous that  forces me to my knees.
May God grant us that Christ’s love, goodness may light up our life,

Again he said to them, “I am going away, and you will search for me, but you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come.” Then the Jews said, “Is he going to kill himself? Is that what he means by saying, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come’?” He said to them, “You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world. I told you that you would die in your sins, for you will die in your sins unless you believe that I am he.” They said to him, “Who are you?” Jesus said to them, “Why do I speak to you at all? I have much to say about you and much to condemn; but the one who sent me is true, and I declare to the world what I have heard from him.” They did not understand that he was speaking to them about the Father. So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I am he, and that I do nothing on my own, but I speak these things as the Father instructed me. And the one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what is pleasing to him.” As he was saying these things, many believed in him.

Domino! I believe that we all played with these similar, numbered little rectangles, then getting bored with the classic game of dominoes , we place the small rectangles , side by side so that with one movement we could demolish the whole contraption ! The evil spirit plays the same way with us as well, he is not satisfied by one sin he would like that from one mistake , one fault many will result  and does everything for this so that the turmoil of sin tears away the victim , dragging the fallen man and his surrounding deeper and deeper. Unfortunately this is how one lie will lead to more and more , and more and more painful , from a sinful relationship an abortion then even a desperate suicide ! Jesus does not condemn the struggling person in the spiral of sin rather frees them ! He is our Redeemer , that is why He speaks gently to the man caught in adultery :“Neither do I condemn you. Go your way, and from now on do not sin again.”
A soccer team if they get a goal can collapse from the setback can fall into a heap, collapse and the enemy can score as many points points as they see fit ! In case if the team that lost a point does not come to a sudden standstill , ashamed giving up everything does not let any possible chances they get to go by the wayside , but trusting in each other,- with hope raise above defeat- they have every chance to turn around the game that is slipping away , they can win with their successful, nice play !
To all of us who sinned our Lord Jesus Christ has the same message : “ I do not condemn you . Go, but sin no more!” Go, and prove it that the goodness , love, endurance you possess is capable defeat evil ! Show triumphantly to everyone that you were created by my heavenly Father , who does not create rejects, bad, inferior people ! Go and conquer , I trust in you , you can do it , you are capable , firmly to carry your task to a satisfactory ending , I stand by your side , you can reach your most beautiful dream !

While Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. Early in the morning he came again to the temple. All the people came to him and he sat down and began to teach them. The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery; and making her stand before all of them, they said to him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the very act of committing adultery. Now in the law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” They said this to test him, so that they might have some charge to bring against him. Jesus bent down and wrote with his finger on the ground. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” And once again he bent down and wrote on the ground. When they heard it, they went away, one by one, beginning with the elders; and Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before him. Jesus straightened up and said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, sir.” And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way, and from now on do not sin again.”

Here I am also standing at the grave of my loved ones and to whom could I call out to in confidence, if not to you my God !! Here in the valley of death , at the tomb of Lazarus all sage, wise men become quiet , no-one has the teaching that gives us hope, faith except You alone the carpenter of Nazareth, Mary’s child has the word:‘Lazarus, come out!’ And to Your voice Lazarus moves , stands up and gets going to his sisters!!
My soul thirsting for the infinity turns to You my God who on His way of the cross on Good Friday professed Your love for us and with Martha’s words I also proclaim : ‘Yes, Lord, I believe that you are the Messiah,* the Son of God, the one coming into the world.’
With love,
Father Csaba

So the sisters sent a message to Jesus,* ‘Lord, he whom you love is ill.’But when Jesus heard it, he said, ‘This illness does not lead to death; rather it is for God’s glory, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.’ 5Accordingly, though Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus, 6after having heard that Lazarus* was ill, he stayed two days longer in the place where he was.
Then after this he said to the disciples, ‘Let us go to Judea again.’
When Jesus arrived, he found that Lazarus* had already been in the tomb for four days. When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went and met him, while Mary stayed at home. Martha said to Jesus, ‘Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22But even now I know that God will give you whatever you ask of him.’ 23Jesus said to her, ‘Your brother will rise again.’ 24Martha said to him, ‘I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.’ 25Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life.* Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, 26and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?’ 27She said to him, ‘Yes, Lord, I believe that you are the Messiah,* the Son of God, the one coming into the world.’ 33When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, he was greatly disturbed in spirit and deeply moved. 34He said, ‘Where have you laid him?’ They said to him, ‘Lord, come and see.’ Jesus began to weep. So the Jews said, ‘See how he loved him!’ But some of them said, ‘Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man have kept this man from dying?’
Then Jesus, again greatly disturbed, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. Jesus said, ‘Take away the stone.’ Martha, the sister of the dead man, said to him, ‘Lord, already there is a stench because he has been dead for four days.’ 40Jesus said to her, ‘Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?’ 41So they took away the stone. And Jesus looked upwards and said, ‘Father, I thank you for having heard me. 42I knew that you always hear me, but I have said this for the sake of the crowd standing here, so that they may believe that you sent me.’ 43When he had said this, he cried with a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come out!’ 44The dead man came out, his hands and feet bound with strips of cloth, and his face wrapped in a cloth. Jesus said to them, ‘Unbind him, and let him go.’
Many of the Jews therefore, who had come with Mary and had seen what Jesus did, believed in him.

"Search and you will see that no prophet is to rise from Galilee.” John 7,52
Are there second class citizens living in Galilei ?! Man in his arrogance , guided by nationalistic foolishness even dares to tell off God !Lets not be shocked by these people who lived two thousand years ago, but lets a take a look humbly into our hearts and lets think how many times do we try based on our “human wisdom” to show the way to Providence , the holy will of our Creator…Our God is the Lord of the world , His thoughts are not our thoughts , we can only admire His infinite love but we can never overwrite it !
There was an apparition of Mary in Transylvania , despite that our chief priests recognise it as genuine, many are shocked that in a Hungarian Catholic church Mary spoke to a blind Roma woman , in Romanian. Lets pray for humility that we ourselves may be freed from our strong prejudices and in reality we can be the heralds of our Lord Jesus Christ’s liberating love from the many-many misconceptions , the vain, greedy  interests that keep our world bound head and foot !
With love,
Father Csaba

When they heard these words, some of the people said, "This is really the prophet."
Others said, "This is the Christ." But some said, "Is the Christ to come from Galilee?
Has not the scripture said that the Christ is descended from David, and comes from Bethlehem, the village where David was?"
So there was a division among the people over him.
Some of them wanted to arrest him, but no one laid hands on him.
The officers then went back to the chief priests and Pharisees, who said to them, "Why did you not bring him?"
The officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this man!"
The Pharisees answered them, "Are you led astray, you also?
Have any of the authorities or of the Pharisees believed in him?
But this crowd, who do not know the law, are accursed."
Nicode'mus, who had gone to him before, and who was one of them, said to them,
"Does our law judge a man without first giving him a hearing and learning what he does?"
They replied, "Are you from Galilee too? Search and you will see that no prophet is to rise from Galilee."
They went each to his own house,

FRIDAY 31 MARCH 2017
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JESUS CHRIST AND OURSELVES ?!
Jesus did not get prizes, recognition, not even a pay, a rent-free dwelling, not even a car was part of the “deal”, what is more the hypocritical pharisees make an attempt on His life and He still carries out  His work tirelessly!! He goes, teaches , heals , has a good word for everyone and in the mean time the sneaky rich men, the ones who never gave humanity anything are plotting against him!! Sly, treacherous cancerous tumour gnawing at the life giving lung !!
Before making any judgement , lets think, am I walking in the footsteps of Jesus , or am I  a good for nothing aspirant, not even doing work for being paid, speaking disparagingly of others , a pharisee, a priest of the court ?? What do people in my surrounding think of me , am I an intermediary passing the breath of life to the lungs or else destructive cancerous growth ?!
I would like to follow Christ !!

After this Jesus travelled round Galilee; he could not travel round Judaea, because the Jews were seeking to kill him.
As the Jewish feast of Shelters drew near, his brothers had left for the festival, he went up as well, not publicly but secretly.
Meanwhile some of the people of Jerusalem were saying, 'Isn't this the man they want to kill? And here he is, speaking openly, and they have nothing to say to him! Can it be true the authorities have recognised that he is the Christ? Yet we all know where he comes from, but when the Christ appears no one will know where he comes from.' Then, as Jesus was teaching in the Temple, he cried out: You know me and you know where I came from. Yet I have not come of my own accord: but he who sent me is true; You do not know him, but I know him because I have my being from him and it was he who sent me.
They wanted to arrest him then, but because his hour had not yet come no one laid a hand on him.

"My Father is working still, and I am working.” John 5, 17
God would like to present us with the joy of honest work, creation, creating   incomparable  to anything else ,pure , uplifting joy that gives our lives meaning ! Lets dare to say yes to life , honest physical work, lets undertake our mental, spiritual tasks and carry them through to reach good outcome !
The children, are not given by the educators, teachers tasks that are beyond their capabilities , quite certainly  God, the greatest teacher of our world, would not  trust us with such work for which He would not give strength, talents ! We say it so easily to the children to stop whinging , not to throw tantrums whilst trying to do their homework , but settle down to it and step by step solve the problems , learn the material they have been given , because it is for their own benefit , because they will become cleverer , grow up to life’s real challenges ! We should encourage ourselves with the same words as well
, because it is quite certain that we have not been given such tasks, work to cary out that are not according to the will of God  ,  and by accepting them with humble  endurance , we could not cary it to a satisfactory good ending !
I wish you success with nice  the salutation of the miners : Good luck to you !
Father Csaba .
translated by dr k.e.
But Jesus answered them, "My Father is working still, and I am working."
This was why the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the sabbath but also called God his Father, making himself equal with God.
Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever he does, that the Son does likewise.
For the Father loves the Son, and shows him all that he himself is doing; and greater works than these will he show him, that you may marvel.
For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will.
The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.
Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me, has eternal life; he does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
"Truly, truly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.
For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself, and has given him authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of man.
Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come forth, those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
"I can do nothing on my own authority; as I hear, I judge; and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of him who sent me.

"Sir, I have no man…” We hear this cry for help from so many places ! Many lonely people are suffering and there is no-one to help them ! Many-many children speechless, silently without a tear in their eyes, are screaming out asking for our help ! Uncared for regions, ruined building are also calling out silently , asking for our help! Whole nations , people are calling out for just peace, honouring their freedom , order providing them with security, genuine, comforting , real humane words !
I admire Jesus’ behaviour , He interrupts His journey , goes to the man humbly and addresses him:"Do you want to be healed?” Yes Jesus steps out from His own world and offers His help , He does not break the man’s door down and when he asks for His help , then without any further ado , He tells the man who’s been paralyzed for 38 years : "Rise, take up your pallet, and walk.”
May God grant us by breaking through the walls of our selfish world enclosing us within ourselves , we discover our brethren around us, crying out for help , hearing their often not even loudly uttered complaints and with resolution, vigorously can be helpful to them! Many are dumbfounded , they do not dare , they cannot say out , perhaps cannot even put it into words what is is that is hurting them, they just suffer all alone !
Bethesda is all around us , get going to the needy, in your surrounding asking for help now ! Yes reading this reflection stand up, get going or at least give a phone call to someone, who will be happy hearing your comforting , encouraging words ! Step outside your comfort zone , the solitude of your selfishness , from among those walls that you only think will protect you but in actual fact they strangle your soul thirsting for love, goodness and joy, do a good  deed out of love !
Have a great journey,

Picture: In our child protection home in Petrozsény named after the Sacred Heart of Jesus there is a chapel that was desecrated , destroyed during communism . For many years they kept it for the miners to hold the atheist teachings there, then in rubble it was left  there! We tidied up the chapel , but we feel that God wants us to renew it, put it back in order so that the Hungarians living in the Zsil valley have a representative hall where not only can they pray there, but every now and then hold presentations, plays ! As far as I am concerned  this desecrated chapel is still silently calling out for help. !!!!
1After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.2Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, in Hebrew called Beth-za'tha, which has five porticoes.3In these lay a multitude of invalids, blind, lame, paralyzed.5One man was there, who had been ill for thirty-eight years.6When Jesus saw him and knew that he had been lying there a long time, he said to him, "Do you want to be healed?"7The sick man answered him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is troubled, and while I am going another steps down before me."8Jesus said to him, "Rise, take up your pallet, and walk."9And at once the man was healed, and he took up his pallet and walked. Now that day was the sabbath.10So the Jews said to the man who was cured, "It is the sabbath, it is not lawful for you to carry your pallet."11But he answered them, "The man who healed me said to me, `Take up your pallet, and walk.'"12They asked him, "Who is the man who said to you, `Take up your pallet, and walk'?"13Now the man who had been healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, as there was a crowd in the place.14Afterward, Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse befall you."15The man went away and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had healed him.16And this was why the Jews persecuted Jesus, because he did this on the sabbath.

"he inquired as to the time when his son got better” Our time is short ! How well do I utilise this time ?!
Our Lord Jesus Christ utilised  the “time" His three years of public life extremely well !! He is carrying out His work, organising communities , teaches , heals, travels all over His entire homeland ! He sleeps where they take Him in, He eats what they offer Him, but wherever He goes people are healed , get back on their feet, the spines become straight , the faces are set to smile, people get hold of one  another’s hand !
Does Christ’s  beautiful feature of utilising time well light up in my life, on my face? Or do I just run around without producing lasting “miracles”, sit wearily without dreams, plans ? Who knows how many years, days, minutes are left of our lives ?
I encourage you to carry out our tasks,

Jesus Heals an Official’s Son
43 After the two daysm he left for Galilee. 44 (Now Jesus himself had pointed out that a prophet has no honor in his own country.)n 45 When he arrived in Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him. They had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival,o for they also had been there.
46 Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine.p And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum. 47 When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea,q he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death.
48 “Unless you people see signs and wonders,”r Jesus told him, “you will never believe.”
49 The royal official said, “Sir, come down before my child dies.”
50 “Go,” Jesus replied, “your son will live.”
The man took Jesus at his word and departed. 51 While he was still on the way, his servants met him with the news that his boy was living. 52 When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, “Yesterday, at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.”
53 Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, “Your son will live.” So he and his whole householdsbelieved.
54 This was the second signt Jesus performed after coming from Judea to Galilee.

"I came into this world for judgment, so that those who do not see might see, and those who do see might become blind.”
Why can’t one rejoice that a blind man is healed and can see ? Why does something that is so simple become so complicated?
Going to school my leg really hurts , but coming home nothing hurts -uttered the great truth, with sparkling eyes ,by one of our young children from our home in Déva ! Even the oldest teenagers are capable without complaints to learn in a relatively short period of time , long passages by heart and easily perform a play , but at school when they have to learn one or two paragraphs of a poem or trying to master a few formulas they freeze and often everything will become so forced , distorted! Why is this like this? The child is curious , it is good to learn, good to teach but if it is this simple then why is it so complicated, why do the children play truant , and why do they feel often that they and the teachers are not playing in the same team ?
Perhaps we teachers, carers should try to bring more playfulness, fun into the classrooms and you children, it would be good if you could try to “ perform" , just like in a play, the great observant, curious students ! The good habits are called virtues, the conscious practice , acquisition of these is very important ! Lets try to be good, pay attention, I feel that after a few tries it will work perfectly ! The consciously undertaken, practiced good habits, the nice virtues slowly will become part of our personalities and this character building , is a conscious, deliberate building up of ourselves !
A new week, new opportunity , lets approach the studying, teaching the discovery of our world’s interesting, wonderful secrets, adjusting ourselves , the teaching with a zeal! I believe that if we put a serious effort into it, the walls of darkness separating us will tumble and we can find ourselves  in such a marvelous land that is good to explore ,where it is a joy to be alive !
With trust,

As Jesus passed by he saw a man blind from birth.
His disciples asked him,
"Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents,
that he was born blind?"
Jesus answered,
"Neither he nor his parents sinned;
it is so that the works of God might be made visible through him.
We have to do the works of the one who sent me while it is day.
Night is coming when no one can work.
While I am in the world, I am the light of the world."
When he had said this, he spat on the ground
and made clay with the saliva,
and smeared the clay on his eyes,
and said to him,
"Go wash in the Pool of Siloam" —which means Sent—.
So he went and washed, and came back able to see.

His neighbors and those who had seen him earlier as a beggar said,
"Isn't this the one who used to sit and beg?"
Some said, "It is, "
but others said, "No, he just looks like him."
He said, "I am."
So they said to him, "How were your eyes opened?"
He replied,
"The man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes
and told me, 'Go to Siloam and wash.'
So I went there and washed and was able to see."
And they said to him, "Where is he?"
He said, "I don't know."

They brought the one who was once blind to the Pharisees.
Now Jesus had made clay and opened his eyes on a sabbath.
So then the Pharisees also asked him how he was able to see.
He said to them,
"He put clay on my eyes, and I washed, and now I can see."
So some of the Pharisees said,
"This man is not from God,
because he does not keep the sabbath."
But others said,
"How can a sinful man do such signs?"
And there was a division among them.
So they said to the blind man again,
"What do you have to say about him,
since he opened your eyes?"
He said, "He is a prophet."

Now the Jews did not believe
that he had been blind and gained his sight
until they summoned the parents of the one who had gained his sight.
They asked them,
"Is this your son, who you say was born blind?
How does he now see?"
His parents answered and said,
"We know that this is our son and that he was born blind.
We do not know how he sees now,
nor do we know who opened his eyes.
Ask him, he is of age;
he can speak for himself."
His parents said this because they were afraid of the Jews,
for the Jews had already agreed
that if anyone acknowledged him as the Christ,
he would be expelled from the synagogue.
For this reason his parents said,
"He is of age; question him."

So a second time they called the man who had been blind
and said to him, "Give God the praise!
We know that this man is a sinner."
He replied,
"If he is a sinner, I do not know.
One thing I do know is that I was blind and now I see."
So they said to him,
"What did he do to you?
How did he open your eyes?"
He answered them,
"I told you already and you did not listen.
Why do you want to hear it again?
Do you want to become his disciples, too?"
They ridiculed him and said,
"You are that man's disciple;
we are disciples of Moses!
We know that God spoke to Moses,
but we do not know where this one is from."
The man answered and said to them,
"This is what is so amazing,
that you do not know where he is from, yet he opened my eyes.
We know that God does not listen to sinners,
but if one is devout and does his will, he listens to him.
It is unheard of that anyone ever opened the eyes of a person born blind.
If this man were not from God,
he would not be able to do anything."
They answered and said to him,
"You were born totally in sin,
and are you trying to teach us?"
Then they threw him out.

When Jesus heard that they had thrown him out,
he found him and said, "Do you believe in the Son of Man?"
He answered and said,
"Who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?"
Jesus said to him,
"You have seen him,
the one speaking with you is he."
He said,
"I do believe, Lord," and he worshiped him.
Then Jesus said,
"I came into this world for judgment,
so that those who do not see might see,
and those who do see might become blind."

Some of the Pharisees who were with him heard this
and said to him, "Surely we are not also blind, are we?"
Jesus said to them,
"If you were blind, you would have no sin;
but now you are saying, 'We see,' so your sin remains.

Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord
God could have redeemed the world by Himself alone , but how nice it is that He forms a team , He calls Mary, Saint Joseph, the apostles the disciples calling them, asking them to help in making the world a better and nicer place! For Jesus not only the immaculate virgin from Nazareth, but even  the sinners Zacchaeus , Mary Magdalene , the elderly Nicodemus or the……the demon- possessed man of Gerasenes chain hand and foot to the tombs are wanted, they are also satisfactory!. The down-and-outs are also suitable in taking further the creation , behold in the Master’s hand even the stone thrown away becomes a corner stone !Our lord Jesus Christ calls with great love His contemporaries  and through them all of us :”Come to me, ….. I will give you rest".come because "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. ….”!
Mary’s greatness and dignity is that She says “yes” to the call, becomes a partner of God in the redemption of the world ! This beautiful opportunity is given for all of us , that we can sit at the same table with our Creator, with prayerful love we can search for the will of our God and stand next to Him with our feeble shoulders , we can become His companions partners in the further creation of our world ! It is a really great challenge , opportunity to live together with our Lord Jesus Christ, work through the everyday , as Mary ,Saint Joseph did in the little house in Nazareth over two thousand years ago ! Lets live with this opportunity offered by the Lord knocking at our door , following the example of Mary we should also say yes ..humbly, despite all our feebleness , smallness ! Our Creator is great enough that even with a a small stump of a broken pencil He can continue writing His Holy Son’s beautiful gospel !
Mary’s child cannot be lost!
With love,
Father Csaba.
translated by dr k.e
In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,
to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
And he came to her and said, "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!"
But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and considered in her mind what sort of greeting this might be.
And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus.
He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,
and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end."
And Mary said to the angel, "How shall this be, since I have no husband?"
And the angel said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.
And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren.
For with God nothing will be impossible."
And Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her.
