We have to believe in mankind ! When we talk with someone , we have to present that person with our infinite trust in man. Jesus did not put His apostles through sixty-six tests so that they can become His co-workers , He is not showing any signs of anxiety whether they pass the exam or fail , but He trusts in them . Trust gives you wings . Where does this uplifting force stem from ? From the fact that a man freed from fear can be incredibly brave and strong .

He makes Himself One with us , without exception He shares in our suffering : with the abandoned , hungry children , the  victims of physical and spiritual abuse and with all the sick people -we human beings are incapable of doing this . 

Pain, suffering is not something that can be dispensed by drops, nor can it be measured . For the outside world the invisible suffering, fear , hopelessness  often can push a man into an abyss . But we also have to know that our suffering is not in proportion with all the goodness, joy , that God gives us for our struggles in this world .

When we say that here on Earth life is easier for some , more difficult for others , we also have to know that God is just and in the end everything will be balanced out . Finally the just  God will bring into equilibrium, balance out people’s lives.

Suferring is one of those doors through which -willing or unwilling we have to pass through .

Every person sooner or later will have to live through their own Holy Thursday, Good Friday . Everybody will go up on their own Golgotha whether they fight against it , or not. How much more beautiful it is,if holding onto the hand of God , accepting His will , accompanied by our loved ones we get up there.

We need to pray for each other with very deep love and we have to help with kind-hearted, selfless , ingenious care , when in someone’s life that moment arrives , to empty the chalice of suffering , so that they can do that with dignity .

We Christians believe that there is a dimension where out of love , kindness we can give presents to each other , not only a single flower , a piece of cake, or a car but we can offer the fruits of our suffering, prayers as well for each other , so that the other person can also benefit because of that by the grace of God , in some way the other person becomes better because of this, changes his ways , can see more clearly ,to understand the connection, relevance in the great mysteries of life . It is a great secret in the World how much is something is worth  , what is its value . We think in this World laughter is very valuable. However suffering is much more valuable , but it is very difficult to understand this.

Saint Teresa of Calcutta said : “ I got to know the paradox : if I love till it hurts , the pain disappears and only love remains.”

One is not looking consciously for suffering , in fact does everything possible to avoid it . Christ was not looking for the chalice on the way of the cross , but when His time came He emptied it . He fell three times , but in great pain not with a Hollywood like smile did He carry His cross . His honour required Him, to accept suffering , tired to move on with human dignity . Even in the He was one of us and showed us an example. Jesus did not redeem the world by His miracles and great preachings , but by His suffering , His death on the cross that He accepted out of love for us.

It is possible that you accumulated  a lot of dirt, sins behind you ! ! Place yourself in the hands of God and say it together with Saint Peter : “My Lord You know everything ! You also know where and how many times I sinned , You are aware of all that I have done , but You also know , despite all this I would still very much like to love You !
