Jesus never said that He was going to make the way of those following Him free from getting bogged down.He is not saying that there won’t be any temptation, storm , worry , illness , sadness , lack of understanding in the lives of the ones who have been baptised, confirmed , however what He is saying that clutching onto God one can live through and survive the difficulties and if fallen , one can get back on their feet more easily.
